Emma & Ben's Wonderful Wedding Day at Peckforton Castle 13th March 2010

Welcome to Peckforton Castle and the wonderfully majestic wedding of Ben & Emma.Ben is so lovely (He's up for the much coverted FD Bride Groom of the Year 2010 Trophy last years winner Phil O'Connor can be seen here) I just completely adored him and I think we can honestly say Emma's a very lucky girl!
Anyway we made for the Groom a perfect Sweet Avalanche Rose Boutonierre

The Groom's Men wore Naranga Roses in their buttonholes
The very handsome page boy wore a Rose bud buttonhole
This is the Groom's Mum's Hand Bag dressed with deep purple Schwartzwalder Calla Lilies & Rolled Pacific Blue Rose Petals.
The Brides Mum's Handbag was dressed with David Austin's finest Juliet Roses
This is one of my favourite photographs ever, Emma's expression and excitement on seeing her wedding bouquet was well worth working through the night for!

A simple Ivory Orchid Corsage

The Hexagonal Room at Peckforton Castle dressed for the civil ceremony We draped the registrars table with a sumptuous garland of fresh Roses, herbs, Jasmine & ivy and the two floor standing candelabras looked fabulous given the same treatment

The Hexagonal room is quite magnificent
The Brides Father and Page Boy go in search of the Bride
We arranged lanterns up the stairs that lead to the hexagonal room
The Brides mum looked wonderful
Emma is completely stunning in a pair of jeans but in her wedding gown she looked utterly breath taking
Emma's wedding bouquet was in an usual colour combination of pale pinks and rusty oranges, with swirls of pussy will ow and trails of fragrant Jasmine

The biggest congratulations to Ben & Emma from all the team at Flower Design

I made a miniature version of the Brides Bouquet for the gorgeous flower girl
The Adult Bridesmaids carried posies of Miranda, Naranga, Sweet Avalanche & Juliet Roses, together with some lovely spring Tulips & Ranunculas
The Bridesmaids all looked totally gorgeous and the colour really warmed up the day

In the great hall we arranged the flowers as if for a Tudor Banquet, complete with fruit and vegetables
The Arch Way was dressed with fresh flowers dripping from arches
The four tier cake was also given the Flower Design treatment with a profusion of fresh flowers arranged on each tier
Radishes!
A Floor Standing Candelabra
The candelabras looked so perfect in this setting
The Thank you Bouquets ready for the speeches
The top table complete with Pomegranites
Honestly this space looked completely amazing
I have to say that the staff at Peckforton couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly not just to the guests but to us too, it was an absolute joy to work there.
