Preston Registry Office Given The Flower Design Treatment

Gillian Greeson Superintendent Registrar asked us to create some designs for The Lancashire Register Office, the brief was to create something that would look as realistic as possible, that would last six months, that would suit any denomination or culture, that would be easy to maintain and keep clean and something that would look great in this very modern building (& fit to the given budget).

So two artificial bay trees on either side of the doors into the ceremony room

As you can see this room is huge, besides weddings this room is also used for baby naming services, we drew our inspiration from the brightly coloured framed prints on the wall. I think you'll agree this is a fresh bright room certainly worthy of the promises made within its walls.

We created two placements one to sit on the registrars table and the other to be floor standing to the right of the table.

The Design on the registrars table is simple and modern, it can't be easily knocked off the table and there's no "sticky out" bits that may attach themselves to a bridal gown.

The floor standing design is in a very tall LSA vase and comprises of a selection of vivid tropical blooms including Bird of Paradise, Zantedeschias, Gingers and Orchids.

This is a sneaky "Before Flower Design" Picture so you can see the difference

Many thanks to Gillian & her team for their clear brief and understanding of our time lines etc, we've really enjoyed working for them.
