Stunning Wedding Images by Andy Macdonald Photographer

I just wanted to share with you all these absolutely stunning images sent to me by my lovely friend Andy MacDonald, they were taken at the glorious wedding of Ann-Marie & Stuart Forrest just a few weeks ago in Dunsop Bridge and The Inn at Whitewell, I hope you'll enjoy them...

I adore this image...

I have to say Andy was an absolute joy to work with, he's so relaxed and "cool" and it certainly seemed to me that everyone at the wedding enjoyed his company, I'd seen his work on his website before meeting him, so I knew the images would be sublime and it was a huge relief to discover he's a totally top bloke too!

I now read his blog regularly and I'm very much looking forward to working with him again.

If you'd like to see more of the flowers at this wedding here's a link to my posting, you can also see Andy in action!

Tropical Paradise for Royal Lytham Golf Club's Summer Ball

An unusual fusion of English Garden Flowers and Tropical Blooms were called for at the annual Royal Lytham Golf Club Summer Ball, an assortment of shapes and sizes of tables across two rooms made for an interesting selection of table designs (All with a small footprint)From Rectangular tables to small round tables for four and everything inbetween

The colours were bright and vivid combining English Delphiniums with colourful Heliconias and Anthuriums

The menu cards with a "Beach Scene" motif were attached to the table centre pieces

The Captain's table was huge looking out over the green and dressed with masses of fresh Birds of Paradise

We hope everyone had a wonderful evening and many thanks to Marcus for choosing Flower Design.

The Restaurant is superbly decorated and as with all parts of Ribby Hall you can expect a superb service, excellent value for money and an innovative menu The restaurant is perfect for parties and informal gatherings, the unique layout makes it perfect for big family banquets or initimate dinners for two

As we were delivering at the crack of dawn, we weren't able to photograph any of the food so instead we plumped for photographing the menus, I hope you'll enjoy, click on the images for a closer look...

When a restaurant takes this much trouble with the flowers you can guarantee the food's going to be superb, we've enjoyed many meals at Ribby courtesy of the Banqueting Department which have been completely yummy, so Jason & I have booked a table for next week, and I can't wait to enjoy their hospitality in the restaurant!
