It really was a huge pleasure to meet the new team at The Great Hall at Mains, they really do seem to have got their act together again after a short time out in the wilderness. The old friendliness was back alongside attention to detail, a genuine interest in their clients and what appeared to be sincere respect for other event service providers (We were even offered a cup of tea yesterday for the first time ever!).The team headed up by Chris the events co-ordinator held an open day yesterday for all of their prospective bridal couples, these kinds of events take a great deal of planning and I think that it shows just how committed The Great Hall at Mains is to their clients.
How lovely for engaged couples to have the opportunity of seeing the hall dressed for a civil ceremony, to see both a round and a top table fully set up, to have the opportunity of meeting up or at the very least seeing first hand the work of the recommended, caterers, florists, linen hire, photographers, musicians, film makers and so on. This really is going the extra mile and proves that The Great Hall at Mains is well and truly back on the map. We are all really looking forward to working with them again soon.
