This was such a gorgeous wedding day the heavens had opened early on the day and showered us all with lots of watery blessings, but by the time I delivered the wedding bouquets it was beginning to clear and the sun was burning through the clouds, thankfully the exquisite bridal bouquets were full of floral sunshine.

The wedding was early but everything was completely under control when we arrived at the Bride's family home to present the Bridal Bouquets, there was lots of excitement and "giddyness" as the lovely Ellie held her wedding bouquet for the very first time.
I included a selection of exquisite English blooms and grasses in shades of lemon, buttermilk, green and ivory, I chose some seriously fragrant flowers, David Austin's English Rose Patience, Oncidium Orchids, Golden Monbretia, Lily of the Valley, Craspedia, Lemon Chincherinchee, Gold Hypericum, Lissianthus and in honour of Ellie's Bride Groom's Italian heritage we included fresh Olive and sweet scented Italian herbs to complete the design.
We headed off to the delightful Church of St Mary's Newhouse, we'd dressed the doorway with a luscious garland of fresh flowers that surrounded the front door
We included Creme de la Creme Roses, cream Astilbe, Lemon Hydrangeas, white Bouvardia, Trachelium, Crystal Blush Calla Lilies, Myrtle, Quercus, Avalanche Roses, Thalaspi, Trailing Amaranthus, white Nerines, white Lissianthus and white Wax Flower Blossom and the lovely floribunda Rose White Evelyn
The pathway around the doorway was lined with candle lit lanterns

Tom's fragrant Boutonniere of Lily of the Valley, Patience Rose, Olive, Rosemary & Wax Flower Blossom.
We arranged fresh towering Eremurus "Fox Tail Lily" and golden Monbretia along with some Arum Lilies, Roses, Astilbe, Freesia and fragrant herbs and foliages.
The altar really is spectacular it dates back some 400 years and is utterly breath taking, the two free standing pedestals were huge and framed the ceremony space beautifully.
The pedestals were dominated by massive pillar candles that were surrounded by Delphiniums, yellow Hydrangeas, Roses, Sunflowers, Orchids, Arums and Eremurus.

Ellie's sensational Mum looked so elegant, we'd dressed her handbag with fresh flowers to compliment the Bridal Bouquet
The Bridesmaids were a bevvy of beauty and looked gorgeous in their pale lemon gowns, their bridal bouquets matched perfectly
I included lemon Roses, Lemon Chincherinchee, Nerines and Patience Roses in the Bridesmaids bouquets
Ellie looked so beautiful in her Sottero & Migeley gown
The wedding bouquet was completely heavenly, the soft delicate grasses and Oncidium Orchids seemed to dance as Ellie moved.

All of the guests collected their fresh Rose Petal confetti from the Bridesmaid's on their way out of Church
The Bride & Groom were showered with Fresh Fragrant Rose Petals as they left the Church
The celebrations then moved to the fabulous surroundings of Mitton Hall
The tables were dressed with a combination of tall slim elegant vases topped with a hand tie of white Delphinium Elatum, yellow Eremurus, yellow Arum Lilies and yellow Roses and fabulous giant Martini Vase designs.
The other tables were dressed with dramatic giant Martini Glasses with huge designs of Delphinium Elatum, Sun Flowers, Roses, Hydrangeas, Orchids, Astilbe, Craspedia and Arum Lilies.
The sunflowers looked so happy and really helped to create a sunshine look to fabulous banqueting suite at Mitton Hall.
The top table design was just lovely fresh sunflowers, lemon Hydrangeas, Arum Lilies, Freesia and Oncidiums Orchids were combined to create a sumptuous centrepiece for the main table, we extended the design by placing small posies in tiny vases along the outer edge of the table
The newly married couple enjoyed the sunshine along with their guests on the terrace just outside the orangery.
The lemon and ivory shades looked fabulous in Mitton Hall's dining room, the overall atmosphere was so fresh and vibrant
