Bright Spring Wedding Bouquet for an April Bride

I've used loads of fragrant ingredients; Lavender, Hyacimnths, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Rosemary...
This is Emma's glorious wedding bouquet, Emma's wedding is in April and she has a love of bright bold shades, in April this bouquet will also include some "Foget Me Nots" & "Blue Bells" as Emma lives next door to a Blue Bell wood.I used lots of spring materials including trails of Jasmine, fresh Lily of the Valley and White Lilac, it's tied in a natural garden gathered style.
The handle of the bridal bouquet was bound in ivory satin with a belt of the signature blue of Emma's Bridesmaids gowns.

Wedding at Bartle Hall, Spanish Moss, Photographs by John at Lifestylefoto

waved his magic wand and created these beautiful photographs, they arrived n this mornings post and I thought I should share them with you.
The team at Flower Design created all of the sumptuous flowers of course The labels for the buttonholes written by our Sally and the individual tiny florets for the Bridesmaids hair.

This absolutely gorgeous little Flower girl is called "Poppy" so we included fresh poppy seed heads within her magic wand bouquet.

This is our gorgeous bride Susannah with Poppy, Susannah wore a divine Augusta Brown Gown
Poppy, Rebecca & Susannah relaxed and at home before leaving for St. Leonard the Less Salmesbury

The arrival of the Bridesmaid's at Church

“Flower Design” hand tied style bridal bouquet with Cezanne Roses, Lily of the Valley, Schwartzwalder & Pink Calla Lilies, Pistachio Anthuriums, Green Hydrangeas, Champagne Grass, Dracena Lemon Tips, Green Roses, small Poppy seed heads, Rosemary and Amnesia Roses. The bouquet will be finished with diamante studs, China Grass caging and an ivory tulle handle

Susannah & Marcus arrive at Bartle Hall to commence the Wedding Celebrations

Black Martini Glasses filled fresh fragrant flowers

John's photographs certainly capture the spirit of this design

Fuschia Pink & Black Bridal Bouquet

This bouquet was designed for Jennifer, her wedding is in June at Bartle Hall. Jennifer's wedding bouquet matched her brief, she wanted to use Gerberas & Germini's the variety here is "Whisper" and Schwartzwalder Calla Lilies and some hot pink Roses "Aqua", she wanted the bouquet to be long and elegant just like her but with a contemporary twist.

The beargrass cageing will be reflected in the buttonholes with her Groom Ed going for a Black Calla, with similar binding on the stem to the bouquet and beargrass loops, the buttonole will be completed with a diamante pin.

I have photgraphed the bouquet on a sample of the fabric used for the Bridesmaids they will have a black sash around their waist's, consequently the bridesmaids bouquets will be bound with fuschia and black satin on the handles of their bouquets.

Lime Green Wedding Bouquet

Lime Green or just Green Bridal bouquet, a very simple selection of flowers that meld together creating a very tactile design. I love how the green reflects and shimmers.

The deep Green Trachelium really sets the colours off and creates a very definite green wedding bouquet without usung any foliages.

The "Green Tea" Roses are so perfect and coordinate perfectly with the Viburnum Opulus

I love the natural shades in this bouquet, green is always so peaceful and realxed.

Fabulous London

This is a photograph of Number One Daughter with some very beautiful flowers in The Novotel in Hammersmith, the flowers were provided by First Impression 02077209070

More tales of the London trip later on today, and here they are....

So whistle stop visit, the brief was to pack in as much of Rebecca’s London life as possible, my 1st born is at LAMDA in Barons Court, she wanted us to stay in a hotel on the same line as her so we found ourselves at The Novotel in Hammersmith (We won’t be staying there again!).

We finished work at about 5:00, we arrived about 9:00, Rebecca met us in the foyer of the hotel, (the very best thing about this hotel is the flowers) we then set off on foot for The Curtain Up, I actually witnessed my own daughter drink from a pint glass (quite horrifying), then a series of tubes to Berkley Square and Benares table booked for 10:00, fantastic Indian food, the Tandoor cooked lamb chops were amazing (Rebecca had not been there before, students don’t usually, but this was our treat, her house mates have been to The Ivy etc with their parents so as Liv would say “What ya gonna do?”). Back at the hotel for 1:30am sleep…. 8:00 am alarm, a walk, then a bus (me on a bus, can you imagine, apparently I looked mighty out of place) and then a series of tubes (remember this is her lifestyle not ours) more walking and we arrive at Electric Brassiere for a superb brunch, Rebecca chose a breakfast Smoothie & eggs Benedict, Jason had a Bloody Mary and a massive Breakfast, I had the most delicious French Toast with Pecan & Maple butter mmmm.

Rebecca then went back for some rehearsals for a couple of hours but not before introducing us to Humming Bird Bakery we bought a box full of “Red Velvet Cup Cakes” for the girls at Flower Design.

Jason & I went to investigate loads of different Flower Shops our favourite was “Angel Flowers” in Islington, great shop, lovely flowers and the staff were really knowledgeable.

Ottolenghi is one of my favourite places so I bought a feast of take home goodies for tonight’s dinner and a very special packed lunch for Olivia to take to school today. A few doors up was a wine shop with a difference The Sampler, here’s the thing they allow you to sample loads of different wines from inexpensive £8.99 quaffing wines to the King of Spain’s favourite “Vega Sicilia Unico 1969 at £450.00, you can buy as little as two mouthfuls to taste which was just brilliant, Jason bought 2 bottles (The King of The Fylde’s Favourite Barolo) to go with the Ottolenghi purchases.

Then to another pub “The Barnsbury” where we met Rebecca and Ben (Mark & Claire’s son also studying in London) we enjoyed a fantastical Sunday Dinner and enjoyed their company it all ended too soon and we were back on the tube, bus and finally car arriving on The Fylde in the early hours, today I’m exhausted, I’m also lead to believe this is Rebecca’s lifestyle non stop, oh to be a teenager!

Pure Simplicity, White Rose Wedding Bouquet

A beautiful yet simple bridal bouquet designed for Melanie
Melanie's wedding will be at The Inn at Whitewell in April
I have used Avalanche & Akito Roses, together with some delicate sprigs of Eucalyptus and Fresh Fragrant Rosemary in the wedding bouquet, the pearl detail in some of Roses simply picks up on a motif that will be in lots of elements throughout the wedding day.

Spring Wedding Bouquet in Shades of Pink

A Spring Bridal Bouquet in hues of Parma Violet & Rose Creme.

A clustered bouquet of Pink Double Parrot Tulips "Destiny", Ranunculas, Hyacinths & Wax flower blossom.

Pink Tulip & Ranuncula Buttonhole to match the bouquet

The handle of the bouquet was bound with silk voile & ivory cord binding
