The tables were laid with Paul Rowley's beautiful vintage china, Tulips & Pussy willow graced the centres
Nicola Howard & Edward entertained the guests as they arrived
It took a little while for everyone to get warmed up
But once they were warm there was a good bit of chatting going on 
Ben was looking after everyone
I welcomed the gang to a raucous applause
So to the first creation a giant tea cup filled with Hyacinth but there was so much more to come
The lovely and seriously talented Jonny Draper was recording it all and all the photographs apart from this one were taken by him and very brilliant they are too
Nicola Howard Soprano singer extrodinaire sang an ironic tune that lifted our spirits"Summertime" 
Presentations of Flowers and wine were made to Nicola & her fabulous Pianist Edward 
Then to follow "Summertime" I though something a little more tropical was in order 
Proteas & Pineapples

Hurricane lamp surrounded by blue spring blooms 
Chef drew the raffle 
There was as always lots of excitement 
And then some glum faces when it was all over
