The Midnight Blue & Frosted Winter White Wedding Day of Ashley & Jason at St Cuthbert's & The Atrium

This was one of those seriously memorable weddings, everything seemed to be sprinkled with fairy dust a really magical day! Ashley & Jason are a gorgeous couple, their lovely Mum's were just brilliant throughout the planning and we had a free reign to get creative on the table designs all in all a great recipe for a superb wedding day.....
~
The colours were heavenly deep midnight blue and soft romantic ivories and whites with highlights in silver & latte the perfect combination for a winter wedding bouquet, I included some lovely Christmas Roses "Helebores", Paper White Narcissus, Avalanche & Amnesia Roses, Classic Blue Hydrangeas,  pale blue Muscari alongside White Lilac and Bouvardia together with a selection of seasonal fragrant evergreens.

Ashley's Mum & Dad wearing complimentary Boutonniere & Corsage
The Bride's Dad was wearing a Blue Eryngium Thistle Boutonniere with fragrant Rosemary, Seasonal Ivy & Dark Navy Viburnum Berries, The Bride's Mum chose a delicate corsage of rolled Amnesia Rose Petals and tiny wax flower blossom again finished with fragrant Rosemary and seasonal Ivy.

The house was dressed with fragrant Rose Petals and the Bridesmaids embroidered dressing gowns laid out on directors chairs ready for their arrival.
The little Flower Girl's Bouquet in blue and ivory included Classic Blue Hydrangea florets, Muscari, Eryngium Thistles, Roses, Astrantia and delicate Paper White Narcissus
The Adult Bridesmaid's Bouquets were smaller versions of the Bridal Bouquet in shades of Blue & Ivory

The ceremony was held at St Cuthbert's Church in Lytham a fabulous Church overlooking the Sea and the local playing fields
Inside we'd placed an elegant frosted pedestal design along with some beautiful seasonal clusters of Tulips, Almond Blossom, Calla Lilies, Helebores, Hydrangeas and trailing Amaranthus that were attached to alternate Pew Ends.

The Groom's Mum chose to have her handbag decorated with fresh flowers to compliment her black and leopard print ensemble, we included fresh Lily of the Valley, Crystal Blush Calla Lilies, Rolled Vendella Rose Petals, fresh Astrantia and black Ivy Berries

Ashley was completely breathtaking when she arrived at Church

Huge Congratulations and what a perfect family!!!

The celebrations moved on to another sea front location, The Atrium at The Dalmeny Hotel, a fabulous modern venue with an excellent pedigree and a great banqueting team!
Each of the tables had an individually created table centre piece, on this table we placed a three tier mirrored cake stand sprinkled with snow and then dressed with delicate bejewelled floral cup cakes

I love this glass cake stand with a precious design of Muscari, Helebores and Rose Buds dripping in diamantes and then covered with a clear glass bell and sprinkled with snow and crystals
The tall designs featured tall conical vases filled with ice effect gel and topped with hand ties of Frosted snow covered branches, White Tulips and White Blossom sat on a cushion of Blue Classic Hydrangeas, the base of the vase was dressed with a cluster of fresh fragrant Muscari

A Three Tier Candy Jar Design with each bowl filled with swirling Calla Lilies and Blue Muscari

The Pew End Posies from Church were used in small vases to extend the top table design to the out reaches of the table.
The Top table looked magnificent with a central design dominated by two pillar candles and then frosted Branches reaching outward, small pockets and clusters of fresh fragrant bulb flowers including deep blue Hyacinths, White Tulips, Muscari and Paper Whites creating a fragrant design with the promise that spring is just around the corner.
